|Recommended: YesNo place like home! — I have lived here at Pelican Watch for over 5 years, so we call this place home. My son really enjoys the pool and appreciates the safe neighborhood. I love that I have only heard my neighbors less than a handful of times over the years because of the great sound insulation. We are a short walk to TCC & two wonderful libraries, Landstown Commons and the Farmer's Market. This is a great school district, also. The apartments are spacious, and our neighbors are courteous and respect our privacy. Most of the staff have been here since we moved in and are very polite. We are very pleased with our experience here.
|Recommended: YesCaring Staff, good value, excellent location — I would tell them that this is a great location to live at. Overall, the staff has been accommodating for my needs and understanding of my issues I have. The apartment I am living at has some issues regarding structural integrity and various small things that were not working upon move in, but I would tell anyone to check their apartment over and they will fix it in due time. I would also explain how close we are to everything needed in my life. Fifteen minutes from the beach, ten minutes from needed shopping, fifteen minutes from Whole Foods Market and there is more to discover every day. They are even working with me about the upstairs neighbors being loud, even though it is not their fault. It is due to structural problems and upon their move out, we as a team are going to attempt to fix the issue. They even fixed my antiquated washer and dryer, although it took a bit of reminder every few days. This really made my experience better. The energy efficiency will be a great savings. Overall, I have already told at least three people who are looking seriously for apartments to consider Pelican Watch.
