|Recommended: YesA great place to live with great neighbors — I've lived here at Pelican Watch for about 3 years now and can't imagine a place I'd rather be. We have had wonderful neighbors throughout our stay and we absolutely love our apartment! Having a gym and pool is great! But one of the best things is having a washer and dryer in the apartment! No more laundromat with endless quarters!
Another great thing about Pelican Watch is living so close to all of the shopping areas and having the college right next door. You'll love living here!
|Recommended: YesA great fit. — I've lived here for a year now and I have enjoyed everything so far. Patrick and Mark the maintenance men always come on time when things need to be fixed. Kim, the office manager, and Susan are very attentive her and her staff are always very nice and always have great customer service. The area is in a great location. Across from Tidewater Community College and close to Farm Fresh and Walmart. After down grading from a 3 bedroom house Pelican Watch is a perfect match. I was able to use all of my furniture and this area overall is great. I haven't used all the amenities yet but I look forward to using the tennis court and the pool this summer. I have got great comments from my friends about the size of the rooms and location. I've never had any problems with my neighbors. People here are very friendly here. Happy Holidays!! |Recommended: YesAWESOME!!! — I just moved in! But I'm in love with my apartment already. First the application and move in process were a breeze! The girls in the office were so friendly and easy to work with. And once I moved in all is well! The walk through had no discrepencies, and my apartment is clean! It is a very quiet neighborhood! You can hardly hear the jets(nothing like where I was before) and the traffic is minimal. So all in all a very nice experience!!!

|Recommended: YesAffordable apartments on park like property, with friendly staff at a great location. — It's a good place to live. I think there could be a few imporvements but apartment living in general has it's pros and cons. For the price I don't think there is a better place around.
